01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

918kes reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in account termination and freezing of associated funds.

03Registration & Account Management

The 918kes account registration process is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. During registration, you are required to provide complete and accurate personal information, including your full name, active mobile number, and any other required details.

As the account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your password and account login details
• All activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or any other party
• Notify 918kes immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
• Ensure your account information is always up to date and accurate

918kes applies a thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may be required to submit valid identification documents such as a Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other supporting documents as part of this process. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

918kes reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities

• Your account has been inactive beyond the specified period
• There is a directive from the relevant authorities requiring the suspension or closure of the account

In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, 918kes reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding bonus balances or winnings obtained through activities that violate the terms. 09Liability Limits & Disclaimer
